The Last Will and Testament of George Flower

Death On Or After 1st January 1898 BE IT KNOWN that George Flower of No. 40 Nelson Place Hanley in the County of Stafford died on the 14th December 1900 at No. 40 Nelson Place aforesaid. AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at that date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justoce, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Herbert Bostock of No. 38 Nelson Place aforesaid Carter and Josiah Coxon on No. 17 Nelson Road aforesaid Brush Maker the executors named in the said Will.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me GEORGE FLOWER 40 Nelson Place Hanley in the County of Stafford Retired Carter I give devise and bequeath all my real and all my personal estate unto my trustees hereinafter named on trust to allow my wife Ann to have the use and enjoyment of my personal estate and the rents and profits issuing from my real and personal estate during her lifetime and after her death I give and bequeath all my said real and personal estate unto my two daughters Emily the wife of Herbert Bostock and Elizabeth the wife of Josiah Coxon as tenants in common and not as joint tenants the same to be divided equally between them I appoint my said sons in law Herbert Bostock and Josiah Coxon both of Hanley aforesaid Trustees and EXECUTORS of this my will in WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of July One thousand nine hundred - GEORGE FLOWER

On the 15th day of July 1901 Probate of this will was granted to Herbert Bostock and Josiah Coxon the Executors.
