The Whitehead Family Tree The Last Will and Testament of Enoch Whitehead BE IT KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of the personal Estate of Enoch Whitehead, of 2 Alexandra Street, Derby, in the County of Derby, iron Roller deceased, who died on the 12th day of August 1894 at Derby aforesaid intestate, and had at the time of his death, a fixed place of abode at Derby aforesaid within the district of the County of Derby were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Derby to Elizabeth Whitehead, of 2 Alexandra Street, Derby aforesaid the lawful Widow and Relict of the said intestate, she having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same Dated the 11th day of September 1894 Gross Value of Personal Estate £130.0.0 Extracted by the Administratix in person. Sureties Thomas Withington of 70 Graham Street, Derby in the County of Derby, Iron Worker and George Fletcher, of 61, Lynton Street, Derby aforesaid, Insurance Agent.
